A. It depends on what the person with a mental disability needs. A vocational rehabilitation counselor will provide available services from their office based on individual assessment of the client's capabilities versus the office resources. But cumulatively, services are much better than in 1930's America. First, people with disabilities are not automatically institutionalized away--out of sight, out of mind. Secondly, they are legally entitled to obtain a free appropriate and quality public education (aka special education) in their local school district. This was unknown in the 1930's. You did not educate people with disabilities because they were not expected to be productive in the public sphere doing anything.

A. Well you caught my attention. Your kind of services is what alot of us online business need. If they are affordable services I expect your business to explode if you got it on the World Wide Web. On Yahoo home page under business they have free web sites. They also have differant packages for differant business. It was the best decision I ever made to advertize on Yahoo. I also bought my domain name for 1.99 for the year. This sent my business off to an incredible start. Send us a message when you get started. Ive often hope for a business like yours. It would keep cost down and help me keep my sites on whats important thats business. Not the paper trail.

Is there an effective way to easily compare printing services in terms of cost and quality?
Q. There are seemingly thousands of different printing services out there, but it seems very difficult to compare among them. I find myself visiting many different companies and spending a great deal of time trying to compare them. There are price comparison search engines for products, but I don't know of any for printing services. Do they exist? Even just a general printing service price tracker? There is also the question of quality - do any sites review and compare the quality of services? Even if there are no quality review sites, simply a good price comparison tool would be helpful. Most printers can make arrangements to provide samples, allowing the quality question to be answered.

A. just focus on the 3: grade of paper, resolution(dpi's), cost/M then delivery... (how fast they can comply) but you can try asking for quotes...samples will help with a proper quote from how exactly you want the outcome to be... from there you can compare... just narrow down to at least 2 companies... or you can try this...
