Compensation in terms of wages is given to workers and compensation in terms of salary is given to employees. Compensation is a monetary benefit given to employees in return for the services provided by them. But I just wanted to know how much money you get hourly and such after all of those tax deductions. I've never had a job. I'm 18. Dependent. Going to college.
